Latin Wedding Planning Timeline

One of the most crucial components of the wedding planning process is the timetable. It is typically broken down into tiny particulars for each quarter leading up to the big day in order to help lovers stay on top of their to-do listings. A good idea to look at your wedding day to determine how long your ceremony and reception likely last, as both will determine how much time to allocate for each day.

The majority of Latinx newlyweds I work with are passionate about incorporating a dozen marriage customs that respect their heritage or recognize the nation they were born in. To produce their wedding more genuine, Meaghan and Fernando added cozy headbands from Lima as well as accent pieces like tequila boxes and fruit cake candidates.

Most of my wives, on average, may incorporate the custom of a send off into their wedding and reception intentions. In essence, the couple will walk down the steps where everyone is gathered with confetti dating a peruvian woman in hand to celebrate their engagement by greeting their guests in a receiving line and taking pictures with their bridal party, and then they will leave the church together. It’s a nice way to wrap up the day by doing this for roughly 20 minutes.

Padrinos and madrinas are also a common wedding custom. These are typically special family members and godparents who assist with some of the larger wedding planning tasks.
